WASHINGTON - Georgetown University women's basketball graduate student Kelsey Ransom was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday after the Hoyas went 1-2 in nonconference play this past week.

• Ransom averaged 23.7 points and 7.3 rebounds in a three-game week for Georgetown.
• She scored 28 points and had five assists and five steals in the 65-51 win over Temple on Tuesday.
• She then recorded her first double-double of the season with 25 points and 10 rebounds against Cincinnati in the first game of the Atlantic Slam W in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
• The graduate student rounded out the week with 12 points, five rebounds and four steals against FGCU in the second game of the Atlantic Slam W on Saturday.
• For her efforts, she was named to the Atlantic Slam W All-Tournament Team.
• Ransom is second in the league in scoring (21.6 ppg) and fourth in rebounding (7.4 rpg) as well as seventh in assists (3.8 apg) and eighth in steals (2.2 spg).
• This is her second nod to the honor roll this season and the 11th of her career.
