WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's and women's swimming & diving teams were both selected as Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA). The men and women recorded grade point averages of 3.59 and 3.57, respectively. 

The Hoyas represent two of 783 teams from 461 colleges and universities to receive the honor. In order to qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to exhibit exceptional grade point averages during the Fall 2023 semester. Teams with a minimum GPA of 3.30are eligible to be placed in the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings. 

Founded in 1922 the CSCAA is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
