ON THE RECORD
"I am really proud of the guys picking up back-to-back road wins against a really good team in Delaware and our first win against them since 1990.
Marshall Whitmer set the tone for us picking up his first collegiate win in his first collegiate start and that was great to see.
Carson Frye and
Kai Leckszas were outstanding today out of the bullpen for us and did a really great job. Our offense was able to take advantage of some opportunities they gave us,
Derek Smith,
Kavi Caster and
Michael Eze were great today and are continuing to do what we need them to do. Overall, I am really proud of our group and we look forward to welcoming our fans to Capital One Park this weekend for our home series with UAlbany" - Head Coach
Edwin Thompson
