WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University swimming & diving program will celebrate milestone anniversaries this upcoming academic year. The men's program will recognize 75 years on the Hilltop, while the women have been representing Georgetown for the past 50 years. As these milestones are celebrated throughout the 2024-25 season, there will also be an event to recognize the program's accomplishments in November.

"We're really looking forward to having our alums back on campus to celebrate some really big milestones," said Head Coach Jack Leavitt. "This program has grown so much in the past 50 and 75 years but the core of what drives people to want to be a part of our program now is still the same. This community cares deeply about one another and making sure the future generations of Hoyas understand how special this program has been and will continue to be."

Alums and supporters of the program should mark their calendars for the weekend of November 8-10, 2024 for an alumni weekend, swim meet and gala to honor the 50th and 75th anniversaries.
