WASHINGTON - Georgetown University men's soccer alum Keegan Rosenberry (MSB '15) was named to the 2024 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target as a coach's selection. This will be the second All-Star selection for the defender in his career and the first since joining the Colorado Rapids in 2019.

Rosenberry was among the 30 players honored and was one of 16 selections made by Columbus Crew Head Coach Wilfried Nancy, who will represent the MLS All-Stars in their match against the Liga MX All-Stars on Wednesday, July 24. The game will be played at Lower.com Field, presented by Audi. This year, the All-Star roster was expanded to 30 players to provide additional depth. The selection process included fan, player and media voting (12 players), designations by Nancy (16 players) and selections by MLS Commissioner Don Garber.

The Ronks, Pennsylvania native will participate in his first MLS All-Star game since being named a starter in his rookie season with Philadelphia Union in 2016. The then-22-year-old played 45 minutes in the match as the league's best went up against Arsenal FC.

The defender is currently in his sixth season as a member of the Rapids, his first since being named captain by Head Coach Chris Armas this offseason. He has started and appeared in 23 matches this season. In his MLS career, Rosenberry has 244 appearances with 237 starts and 21,252 minutes played. He has nine goals and 16 assists in that time.

At Georgetown, Rosenberry had one goal and four assists along with one game winner in conference play as well as two goals and six assists overall to rank as Georgetown's fifth-leading scorer with 10 points as a senior. He helped the defense to nine shutouts in 2015. Rosenberry had four goals and 13 assists for 21 points in his career. The two-year captain was a Second Team All-BIG EAST honoree for three-consecutive seasons. He was a two-time All-Great Lakes Region honoree, and a member of the BIG EAST All-Academic squad.

Rosenberry was selected third overall in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft behind teammate Joshua Yaro who currently plays in MLS for St. Louis City SC.
