WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University volleyball team is set to host Marquette and DePaul this weekend. The Hoyas will square off against the Golden Eagles on Friday, October 24, before welcoming the Blue Demons on Saturday, October 25 for Alumni Night and the annual Pink Out match. Both matches are slated for a 7 p.m. first serve.
This weekend, Georgetown University will host BellRinger. Events are scheduled on the Hilltop campus Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25. There will be several on-campus parking impacts and road closures. Fans are encouraged to plan their travel accordingly.

About the Hoyas
- Georgetown enters the third year under Head Coach AJ Bonetti.
- The Hoyas are averaging 12.2 kills per set with a .225 hitting percentage, while adding 12.7 digs and 1.9 blocks per set on defense.
- Dionna Mitchell, Samantha Soderlund and Katherine McGregor lead the offense. Mitchell has been pacing the attack with 235 kills, a .218 hitting percentage, and 3.09 kills per set. Soderlund and McGregor are close behind, with 202 and 143 kills, respectively. Soderlund is boasting 2.85 kills per set and McGregor is averaging a .273 hitting percentage.
- Juleigh Urbina leads the squad with 35 service aces on the season. Kamryn Lee-Caracci has notched 28 aces and Mitchell has 27.
- At the net, Lee-Caracci leads the defense with 56 total blocks, followed by Berkeley Ploder and McGregor with 55 and 41, respectively.
- Graduate transfer Jade Smith has made a strong impact, posting 176 digs and averaging 2.23 per set in her first season with the Blue & Gray.
- Urbina paces the squad with 522 assists at setter, posting 6.29 per set.
- The Hoyas welcomed five newcomers to the roster in 2025: Jessica Lee, McGregor, Sydney Mercado, Fiona Turnbull, and Soderlund.
