Hoyas to Host Elon on Monday Evening

WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University women's basketball team will continue its homestand as the squad hosts the Elon University Phoenix on Monday evening at McDonough Arena. The opening tip is scheduled for 7 p.m., and the game will be broadcast live on the ESPN+ with Monika Moore and Martin Bahar on the call.

  • New this season, the BIG EAST Conference has partnered with ESPN to broadcast more than 75 women's basketball games on ESPN+.

  • Georgetown defeated George Washington on Friday evening, 79-50, in a crosstown battle at McDonough Arena.

  • Monday marks the first of a four-game road swing for Elon as the team will head to the U.S. Virgin Islands over Thanksgiving.
