WASHINGTON - Georgetown University women's basketball graduate student Kelsey Ransom was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday.

• Ransom averaged 23.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in a two-game week for Georgetown. She also had 2.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game for the week.
• In the game against Villanova on Wednesday, Ransom led the way with 25 points, 10 boards as well as four assists and two steals. It marked her ninth-career double-double.
• She also led the Hoyas against Marquette with 22 points in the contest.
• Ransom ranks second in the league in scoring (19.9 ppg) and sits at third in steals (2.19 spg). 
• This is her eighth nod to the honor roll this season and the 17th of her career.
