WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men's rowing team will open the 2025 spring season with The Fosburgh Cup in Princeton, New Jersey on Saturday, March 22. Georgetown will be one of three schools participating in the event, with Princeton and Delaware being the other schools.
"We are incredibly excited to be starting our spring season with a doubleheader against the University of Delaware and Princeton Lightweight Men's Rowing. Our crews have been putting in a lot of hard work this year and we feel that we have made some significant strides as of late. Even still, we expect to face the best both teams have to offer. It should be a great opportunity to test ourselves against some of the best in our league." - Lightweight Men's Rowing Coach Ethan Shoemaker
