Men’s Rowing Wraps Up Competition in Leonia

WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men's lightweight rowing team wrapped up its competition against Columbia & Mercyhurst in the morning and against Columbia & Harvard in the afternoon at Overpeck Park in Leonia, New York. In the morning races, the Hoyas swept three races against Columbia & Mercyhurst before posting mixed results against Harvard and Columbia in the afternoon.

"We are very thankful to Columbia for hosting us in two races this weekend. They were excellent hosts and allowed us to race on a great day. This weekend was a good weekend for our crews. While we didn't come away with a victory in every race, we performed closer to the level we know we are capable of.
