ON THE RECORD
"What a great day for our organization after a tough couple of losses.
Andrew Williams pitched as well as anybody could giving us a complete game shutout when we needed it. He was sick yesterday and came back out and competed today and just dominated from start to finish which was awesome to see.
Ashton Seymore had a big homer for us today and another multi-hit game which was great. We stayed focused and kept chipping away and played excellent on the defensive side of things.
Kavi Caster was great with a big triple and his defense was stellar all day. Overall, it was a great team win and I am really proud of our guys.
Andrew Williams was truly exceptional today and it is always special to watch a performance like that and it was one of those days you appreciate while you watch. I am happy for our guys and we look forward to getting back out to Capital One Park tomorrow to host George Washington." - Head Coach
Edwin Thompson
