The Georgetown University men's soccer program was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches as it received the 2024-25 College Team Academic Award. The award recognizes teams that post an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
 
The squad was one of 698 soccer teams that were recognized by United Soccer Coaches as well as one of 284 on the men's side. Additionally, Georgetown was just one of 152 schools that had both its men's and women's programs recipients of the award.
 
The men's team is marking its 19th recognition by the organization and the Hoyas' 11th year in a row receiving the award.
