Georgetown Women’s Swimming & Diving Defeats George Mason

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's swimming & diving team defeated George Mason 206.50 to 93.50 while the men's team fell 169.50 to 127.50 in Fairfax, Virginia on Saturday morning. 

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
  • In the 100 backstroke Isaac Holtham finished in second place with a time of 51:30.
  • Bailey De Luise captured first in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 56.16.
  • Owen Watkins finished in first place in the 50 free with a time of 20:34.
  • In the 1M dive, Hriday Parekh finished in first place with a score of 250.80.
  • Ronan Krauss and Gabe Gonda went first and second in the 500 free with times of 4:39.44 and 4:42.55, respectively.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
  • The 400 medley relay team of Heifi Wu, Angelica Reali, Caroline Largen and Lila Connor took first place with a time of 3:50.15.
  • In the 1650 free, Camile Weiss (16:59.34), Kira Agne (17:23.63) and Kaitlin Lee (17:28.80) finished in first second and third place, respectively. 
  • Madeline Malone, Conor and Sophia Ribeiro swept the podium in the 200 free with times of 1:52.55, 1:53:54 and 1:54.04, respectively.
  • In the 100 backstroke, Wu finished in first with a time of 56.69.
  • Reali captured first in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:05.78 and the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:02.65.
  • Bella Dimaculangan captured first in the 200 fly with a time of 2:05.56 while Largen (2:10.36) and Allie Sanchez (2:12.73) followed in second and third, respectively.
  • Kathryn Jewell, Michelle Baumbach and Cecilia Hanuch swept the podium in the 3m dive, going first, second and third, respectively. 
  • Conor captured first in the 100 free with a time of 51.99.
  • In the 200 breaststroke, Largen took first with a time of 2:23.24.
  • Riberio and Payton Smith went first and second in the 500 free with times of 5:07.62 and 5:12.00, respectively.
  • In the 100 fly, Malone captured first with a time of 57.05.
  • In the 1M dive, Liz Durgin, Jewell and Hanuch swept the podium, going first, second and third, respectively.
  • Reali earned first place in the 100IM with a time of 2:07.29.
  • The 200 free relay team of Connor, Malone, Ines Lovato and Taplin Seelbach captured first with a time 1:35.31.
