WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's 13th-ranked men's lacrosse team returns to action with a midweek road trek to face Loyola on Tuesday. Opening faceoff is set for 6 p.m. at Ridley Athletic Complex in Baltimore.

- The Hoyas are ranked 13th in both recent United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll and Kane Inside Lacrosse Media Poll.
- Georgetown is coming off a 16-8 victory over UAlbany last Tuesday in the District.
- Rory Connor led the Hoyas with four goals and two assists while Jack Schubert added four goals and an assist, Liam Connor chipped in with a goal and five assists on the day.

- MacFarland has been credited with 10 caused turnovers this year while Acton, McGurrin and James Carretta all have five.
- Cody is .488 on the year at the faceoff dot, winning 39-of-80 to go with 24 ground balls while Ross Prince is also .500 (21-for-42) with 11 ground balls.
- In goal, Moore has an 11.23 goals-against average to go with a .509 save percentage and 58 saves in five games.
Scouting Loyola
- The Greyhounds are 4-3 on the season and coming off a 15-10 loss to Lehigh in Patriot League action on Saturday.
- Mason Cook leads Loyola with 30 points (25G,4A) while Kenan Everhart adds 29 (16G, 13A) and Matthew Minicus has 23 (12G, 11A).
- Carson Hall has won 66-of-127 (.520) faceoffs with 33 ground balls while Mason Graves has won 26-of-55 (.473) draws with 11 ground balls.
- Defensively, Joe Houlihan anchors the Loyola defense with eight caused turnovers and 15 ground balls while Chase Gregory is just behind him with six caused turnovers and 12 ground balls.
- In goal, Max Watkinson (4-3) has played all but 11:47 between the pipes and has a 14.08 GAA to go with a .514 save percentage and 90 saves.

- Georgetown and Loyola have played 48 times since GU's inaugural season in 1970.
- Loyola holds a 38-10 series lead, but the Hoyas won the last meeting 13-6 in the Nation's Capital last year.
