WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University baseball team fell to the North Carolina A&T State Aggies 3-2 on Sunday afternoon at World War Memorial Stadium. With the loss in Greensboro, North Carolina, the Hoyas move to 16-12 on the season while the Aggies improve to 6-19.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Georgetown jumped out in the top of the first as Hamilton crushed a solo home run to right field to take a 1-0 lead.
- The Hoyas added on in the top of the second when Hamilton drew a bases-loaded walk, bringing in Templin to make it 2-0.
- The Aggies got on the board in the bottom of the fifth with a sacrifice fly to cut the deficit to 2-1.
- North Carolina A&T took the lead later in the bottom of the fifth with a two RBI double, enough to go on and secure the 3-2 win.
OF NOTE
- Hamilton hit his fourth homer of the season.
