WASHINGTON – Three Georgetown University men's lacrosse players earned BIG EAST Weekly awards, as announced by the league office on Monday. Jake Bickel was tabbed the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week while Ty Banks and Liam Connor earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll following the Hoyas win against St. John's to claim at least a share of the 2026 BIG EAST Regular Season Championship.

Bickel had three goals and three assists for a career-high six points in Georgetown's win over St. John's. This was Bickel's second hat trick of the season and his third BIG EAST Freshman of the Week nod this year.

Banks tied a career high with four caused turnovers in Georgetown's victory against the Red Storm. The Hoya defense held the Red Storm scoreless for a 16:55 span in the third and fourth quarters.
