WASHINGTON – Georgetown's Barnes Blake was named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team, as announced by the conference office in New York on Wednesday. The honor caps off a season that saw the junior record an individual victory and a trio of top-three finishes.

- Blake turned in an outstanding 2025-26 campaign for Georgetown, recording top-10 finishes in six tournaments.
- The New Jersey native opened the fall season with consecutive runner-up individual performances at The Goat and the 2025 Hamptons Intercollegiate.
- At the 2025 Georgetown Intercollegiate, the junior earned the first individual title of his collegiate career. After carding a 76 in the opening round, Blake responded with a remarkable 67 in round two, the lowest score posted by any player during the tournament. The championship was decided on the final hole and ultimately came down to a match-of-cards tiebreaker, with Blake securing the victory.
- During the spring season, Blake posted a sixth-place finish at the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate, another sixth-place result at the Wildcat Spring Invitational and a fourth-place showing at the Princeton Invitational.
- Blake was tabbed the BIG EAST Male Golfer of the Week twice this season.
- This marks the second BIG EAST postseason honor of Blake's collegiate career.
