Men’s Golf Ties for Seventh at 2026 BIG EAST Championship Presented by JEEP

WASHINGTON –The Georgetown University men's golf team wrapped up competition at the BIG EAST Championships hosted at Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club in Hardeeville, South Carolina, finishing tied for seventh out of 11 teams with a three-round total of 865 (289-290-284).

Carson Erick led the Hoyas with a top-10 finish in his BIG EAST Championships debut. The freshman finished the event 4-under par, tying for ninth place.

Hoya Results

  • Erick led the Hoyas, finishing tied for ninth place in the field. Erick carded rounds of 71, 70 and 71 for a tournament total of 212 (-4).
  • Carsten Judge tied for 24th place, shooting rounds of 73, 72 and 73 to finish at 218 (+2).
  • Alan Rose tied for 47th place, rebounding in the final round with a 70 after earlier scores of 77 and 80, totaling 227 (+11).
  • CJ Winchenbaugh placed tied for 49th, recording rounds of 77, 70 and 83 to finish at 230 (+14).
  • Barnes Blake finished in 53rd.
