Georgetown Sweeps Loyola Maryland 3-0

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University volleyball team picked up its second straight sweep of the Battle of the Beltway on Saturday afternoon, defeating Loyola Maryland 3-0 (25-10, 25-16, 25-21) inside McDonough Arena. With the win, the Hoyas move to 6-2 on the season, while the Greyhounds fall to 2-5.

"Really proud of the team today. Such an amazing effort from everyone.  We had a lot of contributions today, which showed our depth and ability to be prepared when called upon.  Proud of our middles again; they were a force to reckon with.  Shout out to Juleigh as well, 4 aces on the day; really excited for her service development coming into this weekend." -Head Coach AJ Bonetti
