Medical Forms
We are requiring proof of physical within the last year in order to participate in camp.
What to Bring:
All players need to come prepared to train and play in all sessions over the course of 2 days. Please bear in mind weather and bring extra clothing as needed (change of socks etc.)
*Players are required to have their own ball throughout camp (we will have pumps available as needed)
*We will provide water coolers for refilling water.
Housing & Food
Housing and food will NOT be provided for this clinic. All players must secure their own housing, transportation and meals.
MEDICAL
There will be a certified athletic trainer on hand at all times. Local hospitals are only a few minutes away from the campus. If you have any medical concerns or questions prior to arriving for camp please contact us and we can put you in touch with our medical staff.
