• A key player in virtually every 4x800m and DMR relay leg during the 2009 season
• Ran the 800m leg of eighth-place DMR team at 2009 NCAA Indoor Championships, receiving All-America honors
• Ran the 800m legs in the second-place DMR and 4x800m teams at the 2009 BIG EAST Indoor Championships
• Ran a personal best split of 1:48.74 at the 2009 Penn Relays 4x800m to help the team finish second overall
• Ranked No. 12 on the GU All-Time list in the indoor 800m (1:49.46)
• Ran a personal best in the 800m in 1:49.24 at the 2009 Arizona State Sun Angel Classic

• 2006 New York State Outdoor Champion in the 800m
• Finished third at the state indoor championships in the 1,000m
