Colleen Fitzpatrick, who had 10 rebounds, led the Leopards with 17 points to record her 10th career double-double. Lafayette's Katie Kokolus had a career-high 14 points to help lead the Leopards.
Georgetown led by as many as 16 in the first half of play, but was held scoreless by a relentless Lafayette defense for over seven and a half minutes. That allowed the Leopards to get within three on a Fitzpatrick free throw with 19:08 remaining in the game.
