BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Georgetown battled a veteran Lynn University squad in a 6-3 loss on Wednesday afternoon in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Hoyas three team points came from the doubles team of Eric Conrad (Gloucester, Mass./ St. John's Prep) and Eddie Carver (Virginia Beach, Va./ Norfolk Academy) who won their doubles match at the #3 position 8-2. Conrad and Erik Bildman (Brookline, Mass./ Roxbury Latin School) won their singles matches at the #5 and #6 positions.

Georgetown had opportunities to win both the #2 doubles match and the #2 singles match.

The Hoyas next are scheduled to face UMBC in Baltimore on Wednesday, March 17.
