RICHMOND, Va. ? Georgetown?s men?s tennis team traveled to Richmond, Virginia on Tuesday afternoon and suffered a 7-0 shutout loss at the hand of the Richmond Spiders.

The Hoyas #3 doubles team of Eric Conrad (Gloucester, Mass./ St. John's Prep) and Eddie Carver (Virginia Beach, Va./ Norfolk Academy) salvaged the only Georgetown win of the day, an 8-5 victory. The final score was Richmond-7, Georgetown-0.

The Georgetown squad hosts local rival American University on the McDonough Courts Wednesday March 24, at 2:00 p.m.
