Evans has five years of high level coaching experience and boasts a stellar collegiate playing career. He had two stints as an assistant coach at St. Louis, the past three seasons along with the 2001-02 season. Evans focused on the development of post players and helped in recruiting for the Billikens. During the 2002-03 season, Evans was the head coach of the Ulriken Eagles based in Bergen, Norway, of the Norwegian Professional Men's League. It was his second career stop in Norway as he was a former player for the team and won the league's MVP award in 1996-97. Evans spent one more year playing professionally overseas in Taiwan in 1997-98 before focusing on his coaching career. His coaching time began as an assistant high school basketball coach at Turner High School in Beloit, Wisconsin. Evans has been integral in helping promote the game of basketball founding Krossover Basketball based in Janesville, Wisconsin and he still runs FirstStep Basketball Camp. Evans graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1995 with a degree in secondary education and was a two-year basketball team captain along with being named first-team All-American in 1994-95.

Dickinson spent the past year as the third assistant coach at Fordham University after briefly serving as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations. She finished her collegiate playing career in 2003-04 at Fordham after playing two seasons for the Rams. Dickinson was an Academic All-Atlantic 10 honoree and was the first Fordham women's basketball player to earn Academic All-Conference honors. As a Ram, she scored 677 points, and averaged better than 11 points per game in her two seasons after transferring from St. Peter's College. In her four years of collegiate playing Dickinson recorded over 1,000 points. In her final year at Fordham she averaged 12.8 points a game and shot 89% from the free throw line, which was the second-best single season mark in Fordham history. Dickinson graduated from Fordham in 2004 with a degree in Finance and Marketing.
