Washington, D.C. -- The Georgetown University women's basketball team (8-9, 1-5 BE) travels to the University of Cincinnati (12-5, 2-4 BE) on Wednesday evening for a BIG EAST matchup. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. inside Fifth Third Arena. The Hoyas are coming off a tough 54-52 loss to No. 24 Notre Dame on Wednesday.

-Senior Bethany LeSueur (garden City, N.Y./Garden City) ranks second on the team, averaging 12.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists. After transferring to the Hilltop after spending her freshman year at the University of Virginia, the Garden City, N.Y. native is now just the seventh player in Georgetown women's basketball history to surpass the 700-point, 200-assist and 400-rebound milestones. LeSueur set new career-highs with 24 points and ten free throws in the victory over Providence and LeSueur recorded her second double-double of the season (5th of her career) with 19 points and 11 rebounds on Saturday vs Notre Dame.
--Sophomore forward Kieraah Marlow (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville) (16.1 pts/g, 46% FG, 7.1 reb/g) has tallied 20 or more points in four of the last eight games and notched three straight 20+ point efforts from December 28-January 4, the longest such stretch of her career. The Coatesville, Pa. native ranks eighth in the BIG EAST with 16.1 points per game and while ranking tenth in the league, shooting 47.1 percent from the floor. In her last eight games, Marlow is averaging 17.5 points, on 45 percent shooting (44-96). She is shooting 89% from the foul line while grabbing 5.3 rebounds.
--Senior center Christine Whitt (Gahanna, Ohio/Gahanna Lincoln) returns to Ohio after playing prep ball at Gahanna Lincoln. Whitt is averaging 1.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 15 minutes per game for the Hoyas.

Senior Bethany LeSueur tallied her second double-double of the season and fifth of her career with 19 points and 11 rebounds but visiting Notre Dame withstood a furious 23-8 Hoya run over the final 12 minutes as the No. 24 Fighting Irish edged the Hoyas, 54-52 in front of the largest crowd of the season at McDonough Arena on Saturday, Jan. 21.
Georgetown sophomore Kieraah Marlow posted 12 points to go along with seven boards while sophomore Kristin Heidloff and freshman Nikki Bozeman each handed out four assists.
The Hoyas held Notre Dame to only one field goal in the last 10 minutes as late-charging Georgetown put together a 19-4 run.
