All of our hard work is going to pay off a month from now when we take the field to kick off the 2006 season with an exhibition game against William and Mary. It's so motivating to read a teammate's away message and see that she is at the gym or out for a run. Everyone is going that extra mile. If we keep working hard and build on our great spring season, we are sure to be successful this fall.

We are down to 20 days until we meet at Lindsey's house and 23 days until preseason begins. The hot and humid weather prepares us of our intense afternoon sessions. Preseason jitters force us all to push a little bit harder; whether training twice a day in the mid-day heat, adding 5 minutes to our runs, or adding 10 pounds to our squats, we are all raising the bar.
