Washington, D.C. - Georgetown Men's Basketball player Chris Wright, a 6-1, 205 lb., Freshman Guard has been sidelined by symptoms in his right foot, after rolling his ankle two weeks ago. Wright sat out the Rutgers and DePaul games. While practicing last week in preparation for the Connecticut game the symptoms reoccurred. At that time the decision was made to stop him from playing to avoid unnecessary risk. There is no timetable for his return to play.
Wright, a McDonald's All American and three time All-Met selection from St. John's College High, is averaging 6.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists over 11 games.
