WASHINGTON -

The Georgetown University softball team (5-2) will not play USC-Upstate (5-0) this afternoon due to inclement weather.

Heavy rain overnight and early this morning created poor field conditions. The Hoyas leave Spartansburg, S.C. on a three-game winning streak. USC-Upstate and Georgetown were the only two undefeated teams left in the tournament.

The Blue & Gray travel to Raleigh, N.C. next weekend to compete in the N.C. State Wolfpack Challenge.
