Feb. 19, 2015 WASHINGTON - The 2015 Letterwinners Challenge, a fundraising challenge for alumni student-athletes, is at the midway point and ends February 25.

For the next week, gifts from Georgetown letterwinners will count toward three different challenges for a total of $50,000 going toward the winning sport's fundraising goal.

The three challenges are:

1. Most New Donors During the Challenge - Winning Sport: $20,000

2. Most Dollars Raised During the Challenge - Winning Sport: $15,000

3. Highest Alumni Pariticpation - Winning Sport: $15,000

The support that alumni student-athletes give during this challenge helps provide the necessary resources to ensure their programs have an elite travel schedule, the proper equipment and the funds to recruit the nation's top student-athletes.
