March 19, 2016 BETHESDA, Md. - Saturday's series finale between the Georgetown University baseball team and Princeton University has been postponed due to impending inclement weather. The game has been rescheduled for Sunday at Shirley Povich Field with a time yet to be determined.
The teams have already played the first three games of the series as they played a single game on Thursday and doubleheader on Friday, moving Sunday's originally scheduled game due to the weather forecast.
The Hoyas took the series opener on Thursday, 4-3 in 10 innings, behind a walk-off single from Chase Bushor (San Diego, Calif./Santa Fe Christian). Princeton swept Friday's doubleheader, winning the first game, 7-3 in 10 innings, and the second, 8-4.
