WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University softball team's freshman first baseman Noelle Holiday (Bear, Del./Red Lion Christian Academy) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday. This is her second weekly honor roll selection of the season.

The Blue & Gray continued BIG EAST Conference play this past weekend with a home series against Providence. Holiday had a spectacular weekend at the plate and was key in run production for the Hoyas. She had five hits, including three home runs and nine RBI, which was good for a .556 batting average. Holiday now leads the team with six home runs and is second with 18 RBI.
