July 18, 2017 WASHINGTON - In just over two weeks, the Georgetown University women's soccer team will arrive back on the Hilltop as preseason camp for the 2017 season begins. The Hoyas, coming off their most successful season in program history, welcome eight newcomers to the program.
As the preseason draws near, we'll get a chance to know a bit about the incoming freshmen, with Charli Pogany (Sarasota, Fla./IMG Academy) this week. Pogany was a member of the Region III Olympic Development Program in 2015-16 and helped lead her club team to the state cup championship in 2016. She is a National Honor Society member and was student body vice president.
