WASHINGTON - Following seven days of competition in both the 2018 ICSA LaserPerformance Team Race National Championship and the 2018 ICSA Gill Coed National Championship, the Georgetown University sailing team had a quartet of student-athletes named All-Americans.

Georgetown narrowly edged out Hobart & Williams Smith by one point to earn a podium spot as the Hoyas finished third at coed nationals, just four days after finishing fourth in the fleet racing championship.

For the skippers, GU's Sean Segerblom (Costa Mesa, Calif./Newport Harbor) was named an ICSA Coed All-American while teammate William Logue (Cos Cob, Conn./St. George's) earned honorable mention skipper honors.

Meaghan MacRae (Melrose, Mass./Tabor Academy) was named an ICSA All-American Crew and GU's Caroline Teare (St. Thomas, Virgin Islands/Antilles School) earned honorable mention crew accolades.
