WASHINGTON– The Georgetown University women's lightweight crew team will send its Varsity Eight boat to San Diego, California to compete in the Cal Cup on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 as part of the San Diego Classic.
 
The regatta is set to take place in Fiesta Bay and the Hoyas will compete in a field of 10 boats featuring Drexel, Fordham, Loyola Marymount, Sacramento State, Saint Mary's College of California, Santa Clara, Seattle Pacific, UC San Diego, San Diego and Wisconsin.
