WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's basketball senior
Kaleb Johnson (South Hill, Va. / The Carlisle School) was named the 2019 PNC Student-Athlete Achiever Award winner at team banquet on Monday night. The award recognizes well-rounded student-athletes who demonstrate leadership in the classroom and in competition.
A senior forward, Johnson has played in 124 games with the Blue & Gray and started every game as a junior before transitioning to become one of the top threats coming off the bench in the BIG EAST as a senior. He has tallied 536 points, 330 rebounds and 98 assists with the Hoyas in his four years.
In the classroom, Johnson is a finance major in the McDonough School of Business. He has been named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team every year since coming to the Hilltop during the 2015-16 season.
