WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University Track & Field team will kick off the new year on Saturday in State College, Pennsylvania at the Nittany Lion Challenge, hosted by Penn State. The action is set to begin at 11 a.m. and the last event will take place at 4:45 p.m. 

WOMEN'S PREVIEW

• Last year at the Nittany Lion Challenge, the women's team posted two top-three finishes.
• Aniella Delafosse and Malika Houston will be the first two women to compete at 11 a.m. in the long jump.
• The women will take part in a total of 13 events.

• Last year at the Nittany Lion Challenge, the men's team recorded seven top-three finishes.
• Quincey Wilson, Ruach Padhal, Jack Van Scoter, Matthew Bouthillette and Lawrence Leake are this year's returners who earned top-three finishes last year. 
• Josiah Laney will lead off the men in the long jump at 11 a.m. 
• The men will compete in a total of 12 events.
