Georgetown Travels to Indiana for Indiana Relays, Pennsylvania for Penn State National

WASHINGTON – Part of the Georgetown University men's indoor track & field team will travel to Bloomington, Indiana on Jan. 31 to compete in the two-day Indiana Relays, hosted by Indiana University. The remaining members of both squads will travel to State College, Pennsylvania on Jan. 31 to participate in the two-day Penn State National, hosted by Penn State. 

WOMEN'S PREVIEW

•    Last season at Penn State National, the women's team posted three top-three finishes.
•    The women will compete in a total of 20 events at the Penn State National. 

MEN'S PREVIEW

•    Last season at Penn State National, the men's team tallied five top-three finishes. 
•    Senior Kenny Rowe was honored as the BIG EAST Men's Track Athlete of the Week for his first-place finish in the 800-meter run at the Hokie Invitational, which is the same event that he will be competing in at the Indiana Relays. 
•    The men will compete in a total of 14 events at the Penn State National and five events at the Indiana Relays.
