WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's squash team kept the hot start to its inaugural season rolling with a 7-2 victory over No. 28 Denison in Annapolis, Maryland on Sunday afternoon.

Tim Lasusa said. "We had some tough matches today, but the team battled hard, competed well and we're looking to carry it moving forward."

- Georgetown won each of the flights from 3-9 on the ladder.
- Caroline Wilcox won 11-8, 11-1, 11-3 in the third spot and Nicole Cariño added an 11-3, 11-5, 12-10 victory at No. 3.
- Grace Feagin battled for an 11-2, 9-11, 11-4, 7-11, 11-6 victory in the fifth position while Nina Flinn cruised to an 11-1, 11-2, 11-3 win at No. 6.
- Sara Connor won 11-6, 11-3, 11-3 at No. 7, Minna Holleck rallied back to win 6-11, 11-8, 11-9, 11-3 in the eight spot and Chloe Kim topped her opponent 11-2, 11-9, 11-2 in the ninth flight.
- Denison won the top two flights in hard-fought battles with the Hoyas. Zuha Nazir fell 11-3, 11-7, 4-11, 11-9 at No. 1 and Nina Thomas lost 9-11, 12-10, 11-8, 8-11, 11-8 at No. 2.
- Playing an exhibition, Margaret Rand won 11-5, 11-8, 11-6 as well.
