WASHINGTON – Sophomore forward
Gia Vicari was named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week after notching her seventh, eighth, and ninth goals of the season en route to a first-half hat trick against conference rival Villanova, while senior defender
Kelly Ann Livingstone earned her inclusion to the BIG EAST's Honor Roll after Georgetown secured its seventh and eighth clean sheets of the season. The week of March 22 saw the Hoyas draw Providence College (0-0, 2ot) in Rhode Island, and comfortably beat Villanova University 7-0 in The District.
Offensive Player of the Week: Gia Vicari, Soph., F, Reading, Pa.
- Registered seven points during March 28's game against 'Nova; Vicari's point total that match was the second-highest individual performance of the season, only bested by Butler's Anja Savich's eight points against Marian on February 17.
- Scored a first-half hat trick to lift her goal tally to nine on the season, making her the BIG EAST's top scorer, during a 7-0 victory against 'Nova.
- Assisted GU's second goal of the match, playing a pass into the feet of senior Grace Nguyen who found the back of net from inside the VU penalty area.
- With her three goals and an assist, Vicari's points tally stands at 22 for the season, the most out of any player in the BIG EAST.

- With Livingstone in its backline, Georgetown has only allowed one goal this season.
