WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's third-ranked men's lacrosse team picked up a midweek victory with a 21-4 win over visiting Mount St. Mary's on Tuesday afternoon. Thirteen different Hoyas found the back of the cage en route to tie the 12th largest winning score differential in program history.
 
Hoya Highlights

• Georgetown improves to 4-0 on the season.
• Dylan Watson led the Hoyas with four goals and an assist while TJ Haley tallied a goal and dished out four assists.
• Graham Bundy Jr. had three goals and an assist, Alex Trippi added a goal with two assists and Declan McDermott, Brandon Meaux and Colin Munro each had two goals.
• Aidan Carroll, Nate Gentile, Dylan Hess, Jack Leary, Connor Morin and Tommy Sopko each notched lone goals while Will Bowen, Connor Humiston, Will Godine and Peter Thompson all had an assist.
• Georgetown's defense held the Mountaineers scoreless for the first 27:13 of the game and didn't give up a second goal until more than 10 minutes into the third quarter.
• The Hoyas were credited with 17 caused turnovers, with Bowen leading the way with four. Will Tominovich added three while Wallace Halpert and Michael Haus both had a pair.
• Georgetown won the faceoff battle on the day 16-27, with James Reilly going 8 for 13, Matthew Riley winning 5 of 8, and Carson Milburn going 3 for 6.
• The Hoyas combined for seven saves on the day. Owen McElroy and Michael Scharfenberger both had three while Todd Kennedy Jr. added one.

Scouting Mount St. Mary's

• The Mount evens its record to 3-3 on the year with the loss.
• Four different Mountaineers were responsible for a goal apiece.
• Connor Beals went .500 from the X, winning 7 of 14 faceoffs.
• Gunnar Luckoski had six saves in relief between the pipes.

Of Note

• Georgetown improves to 22-17 all-time against Mount St. Mary's.
• All 45 Hoyas that dressed saw game action.
• Carroll, Gentile and Meaux each scored their first career goals. Sopko picked up his first goal as a Hoya after scoring 92 in his four-year career at Bucknell.
