Hoyas Score Most Points in BIG EAST Play in Program History in 23-6 Victory Against St. John’s

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's lacrosse team scored the most points against a BIG EAST foe in program history with a 23-6 victory against visiting St. John's on Saturday afternoon. The win ties the eighth-most goals scored in a game for the Hoyas as the Blue & Gray improves to 12-1 overall and 4-0 in league competition.

  • The Red Storm fall to 2-11 overall and 0-4 in BIG EAST action.
  • Jonathan Huber led SJU with three goals while Brian Kelly added a goal with three assists.
  • Corey Hall had three caused turnovers to lead the Johnnies' defense.
  • In goal, Kaden Quirk had 13 saves in the loss.

  • Watson moves into a tie for 16th place all-time with Mike Hammer ('03) and Joe Callahan ('94) on the career scoring list with 130 points.
  • Bundy moves past Kevin Noonan ('94) and Mike Henehan ('01) for 23rd place all-time in career points with 112.
