Carter Bosch earned their second sweep in three days, capturing BIG EAST Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, as announced by the league on Monday.

- Stern picked up his first career BIG EAST weekly award, helping Georgetown to a stellar 3-1 week with the team's first sweep over No. 16 UConn since 1995.
- The Hoya second baseman slashed .438/.571/1.188 and went 7-for-16 with four homers, five runs scored and eight RBIs.
- After a 1-for-5 game against VCU on the road, Stern turned it on with a 2-for-4 showing, registering two home runs and three RBIs in Georgetown's 13-2 downing of UConn on Thursday.
- The California native followed up with his second multi-homer game in as many days, going 3-for-5 with a grand slam and a solo shot for five RBIs on the evening.
- In the final game of the series, he extended his reached base streak to 31 games after a 1-for-2 showing with a pair of walks and a run scored.

- Bosch earned his first career BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week honor and third weekly accolade of the season.
- The Virginia native dominated a highly-touted UConn lineup in the first game of the weekend slate, helping the Hoyas knock off their first ranked opponent in over five years.
- The righty went six innings, allowing just one earned run on five hits and two walks with seven punchouts.
- Bosch retired six of the first seven batters he faced and just two runners moved past second base in his six frames of work. The Virginia native also did not allow an extra-base hit.
OF NOTE
- The Hoyas swept weekly awards for the first time since 1998 when Matt Dzamba and Randy Erwin earned player and pitcher of the week honors.
- Georgetown finished the year with eight major weekly awards and 11 honor roll selections for a program-record 19 BIG EAST weekly accolades this season.
