WASHINGTON – Georgetown University baseball's Spencer Seid was named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, as announced by the league office in New York on Monday. The honor marks the Blue & Gray's ninth recognition from the league and Seid's third nod this season.
SPENCER SEID (GRADUATE STUDENT / LHP / SAN MARINO, CALIF.) - BIG EAST HONOR ROLL
- Seid led the charge on the mound in the BIG EAST home opener against Xavier. Seid was a pitch away from a perfect game, going 8.2 innings of work with 10 strikeouts and one run allowed on two hits on Thursday.
- This is Seid's third accolade from the league this season and third in his career.
