WASHINGTON – Select Georgetown University men's lightweight and heavyweight squads will compete at the IRA National Championship in Princeton, New Jersey on Mercer Lake this weekend. Heats and time trials for GU's four boats will run Friday morning with finals scheduled for Saturday.

Georgetown Schedule

• 8:00 a.m. – 2nd Varsity Lightweight 8+ (Lane 7) – Race for lanes
• 9:00 a.m. – Varsity Lightweight 8+ (Lane 5) – Top three advance to Grand Final
• 11:20 a.m. – Varsity Heavyweight 4+ - Time trial, Top 18 advance to ABC Semifinal
• 11:20 a.m. – Varsity Lightweight 4+ - Time trial, All boats advance to AB Semifinal
