WASHINGTON – Georgetown University men's soccer midfielder
Jack Panayotou signed a professional contract with the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer (MLS) as announced by the team on Tuesday. Panayotou was a part of the Revs' Academy and the club owned his rights. He signed a Homegrown Player contract through the 2026 MLS season with an additional one-year club option for 2027.
Panayotou was a Third Team All-BIG EAST selection in his rookie season and ranked second on the squad in scoring with seven goals and three assists for 17 points to his credit. He appeared in 19 games with 16 starts after missing two contests to join the U-19 US Men's National Team to help the United States win the Slovenia Nations Cup. The rookie was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week on 9/5.
