WASHINGTON – Georgetown University men's tennis Head Coach Freddy Mesmer released the team's 2023 spring schedule on Thursday, presented by MedStar Health. The Hoyas will face off against 20 teams in the spring, hosting one BIG EAST match at the Georgetown Visitation. 

"Our men's program is coming off a tremendous fall season and just like our women's team, the men have gained a lot of experience," said Mesmer. "Our team last year had five new freshmen. I am confident that the maturity of our team will be a key factor to our results at the end of the spring. The energy the team had this fall was great and it seems like the men are hungry to prove something to the rest of the conference! I am excited for things to kick off for both teams in the next week or so."

The Hoyas will open the season on the road against Presbyterian on January 14. The Blue & Gray will play its following five matches on the road. Georgetown will return to the Hilltop in February for a three-match homestand against Youngstown State, Marquette and Army. The Hoyas will close out the month in Nebraska with a BIG EAST matchup against Creighton. 

In March, the Blue & Gray will play two conference games on the road against Butler and St. John's. The Hoyas will hit the road the first weekend of April for some conference action against DePaul on April 2. Georgetown will end the season in the Keystone State to face Temple and BIG EAST foe Villanova.
