WASHINGTON – Georgetown University women's openweight crew had two rowers named to the rowing All-Patriot League teams, as announced by the league office on Thursday. Senior Gracie Leon earned first team honors for the second-consecutive year while senior Rachel Green was named All-Patriot League Second Team for the 2023 season.

Both Leon and Green raced in the first varsity 8+ at the 2023 Patriot League Women's Rowing Championship, which was held on May 12 in Worcester, Massachusetts. 

The All-Patriot League teams are determined by the teams' finishes in the Varsity 8+ Grand Final from the Patriot League Women'a Rowing Championship, where Georgetown placed fifth with a time of 6:58.442.
