Eight Hoyas Selected to CSC Academic All-District Team

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's and women's tennis teams each had four athletes selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Teams, as announced by the organization on Tuesday. 

From the women's team, senior Chloe Bendetti, junior Morgan Coburn, sophomore McHaley Ho and junior Avantika Willy were selected. On the men's team, sophomore Jake Fellows, senior Kieran Foster, sophomore Akira Morgenstern and sophomore Adhvyte Sharma were selected.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District consideration, a student must be at least a sophomore with a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and have played in at least half of their team's matches. Teams are limited to four nominees. 

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced at the end of May.
