WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's squash team returns to action this week with a pair of matches in Upstate New York. The No. 15 Hoyas take on No. 20 St. Lawrence on Saturday before closing out the weekend at No. 17 William Smith.

Hoya Notes
- Georgetown (4-4) went 2-1 in its opening weekend, including a 7-2 win over No. 16 Middlebury and a come-from-behind victory, 5-4, over No. 13 Amherst.
- Brianna Jefferson paced the Hoyas (4-4) in the top position with a 3-0 record on the week while Mary Kagercis also went undefeated at 3-0 playing in the fifth spot.
- Jefferson and Kacergis both have five wins on the year for the Blue & Gray while Katie Hennessy and Aaru Kuthari both have four.
Scouting St. Lawrence
- Saturday's match is set for 1:30 p.m. in Canton, New York.
- The Saints are 4-1 on the season with wins over Vassar, Boston University, Dickinson and Haverford.
- Five different SLU players have at least four wins this season.
- Georgetown and St. Lawrence have faced each other twice, a 9-0 Saints win in the 2021-22 season and a 7-2 Hoyas victory during the 2022-23 campaign.
- Georgetown Head Coach Tim Lasusa is a 2016 graduate of St. Lawrence.
Scouting William Smith
- Sunday's action will be played at 10 a.m. in Geneva, New York.
- William Smith is 3-2 on the year with wins against Bates, Colby and Mount Holyoke.
- Five Herons have at least three wins on the year.
- Georgetown and Dartmouth have played once before, a 5-4 win by the Herons last season.

Following the weekend's action, the Hoyas return to the District to host Bowdoin on January 19 before taking on Franklin & Marshall in Annapolis, Maryland on January 21.
